Commendations

Complaints

All complaints are investigated thoroughly and impartially. The Police Department may need to contact the complainant to gather additional information or conduct an interview for verification of information. Some complaints can be explained or resolved satisfactorily by a visit or telephone call to the employee's supervisor. The supervisor will talk to the complainant about the issue and try to resolve the situation.
