The Greenwood Village Police Department follows the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, including all applicable Colorado Revised Statutes and Greenwood Village Police Department policies, when releasing our criminal justice records. Any requests for discovery will need to be made through the Greenwood Village Municipal Court or the Arapahoe County District Attorney's Office.
