Procurement Solicitation
Greenwood Village uses the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System to distribute solicitation documents (including Invitation/Requests for Bids, Requests for Proposals, or Requests for Qualifications). Registration is required and there is no cost to register. If you have trouble registering or using Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing, call them at 1-800-835-4603.
Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services
Notice is hereby given that the City of Greenwood Village, Colorado (the "City") will receive proposals via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System, until 2:00 pm on February 20, 2026.
The request for proposals for Residential Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Services is available electronically via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System on the City of Greenwood Village website, www.greenwoodvillage.com/bids.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to make final determination in the event of duplications.
No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for opening thereof. Any proposal received as a result of this request is prepared at the consultant’s expense and becomes City property and therefore, public record.
Any questions regarding the project should be posted on the on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System by 2:00 PM on February 6, 2026.

Lightning Detection Installation and Service
The City of Greenwood Village invites proposals for the Lightning Detection Installation and Service project. The project goal is to provide new lightning detection devices at five park locations across Greenwood Village, including ongoing support and service. Each location is unique and may require different solutions to provide appropriate coverage. Greenwood Village is open to leasing or purchasing the hardware.
Proposals will be received by electronic submission through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (www.bidnetdirect.com), until 1:00 pm on February 27, 2026. The request for proposal information is available electronically via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (www.bidnetdirect.com), which can also be accessed through the Greenwood Village website (www.greenwoodvillage.com/bids).
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive informalities or irregularities therein. Any proposal received as a result of this request is prepared at the consultant's expense and becomes City property and therefore, public record.

Berry Trail Residential Landscaping
Notice is hereby given that the City of Greenwood Village, Colorado will make final payment at the City Hall, 6060 South Quebec Street, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111-4591 at 4:00 p.m. on Friday February 20th, 2026, to J&M Landscape Construction for all work done by said contractor for the project called Berry Trail Residential Landscaping, said construction being within the boundaries of the City of Greenwood Village, County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, subject to prior satisfactory final inspection and acceptance of said work by the City of Greenwood Village.
Any person, co-partnership, association of persons, company, or corporation that has furnished labor, materials, provisions, or other supplies used or consumed by such contractor or subcontractors in or about the performance of the work contracted to be done and whose claim therefore has not been paid by the contractor or subcontractors, at any time up to and including time of final settlement for the work contracted to be done, is required to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim to the City Manager, City of Greenwood Village, 6060 South Quebec Street, Greenwood Village, Colorado 80111-4591, at or before the time and date hereinabove shown.
