Liaisons - Regional Issues

In an effort to ensure representation at the local and regional level, the Village is actively involved in local, regional, and statewide issues that may impact the quality of life of Greenwood Village residents.

Below is a description of some of the local and regional entities the Village works with to promote the quality of life of the region.

Cherry Creek State Park

Our vision is to ensure that the High Line Canal will always remain an intimate open space and continuous recreation experience along the historic, naturally scenic corridor. Arapahoe County is the sponsor of the working group. The High Line Canal Working Group meets the third Wednesday of each month, typically at the Greenwood Village City Hall Community Room.

Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority Board & Centennial Airport

City Council Liaison: Donna Johnston and Libby Barnacle
