Mayor Lantz represents the City of Greenwood Village at large. He was first elected Mayor in 2019 and re-elected in November 2023 to serve his final four-year term that expires in November 2027.
Community Service
George started his community service in Greenwood Village as a member of the Greenwood Village Board of Adjustment and Appeals where he served for 12 years as both Chairman and Vice-Chairman. For eight years he served on the Greenwood Village Planning and Zoning Commission including serving as Chairman for three years. He was elected to the City Council in 2015 and served four years with his second term as Mayor Pro-Tem before being elected to Mayor in 2019. George has been a board member of his homeowners' association for 23 years and has served as the President for the last 20 years.
Professional Career
George served as President and CEO of an iodine exploration and production company, which traded on the London Stock Exchange. Before that, he and his partners founded a telecommunications company, which they built to be the worldwide market share leader. The company was acquired by Polycom Inc. George also held positions in several large corporations including Texaco, IBM, and ROLM.
Education
George’s formal education includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Business both from the University of Wyoming.
Personal
George and his wife Debbie have lived in Greenwood Village since 1989. Their two sons were raised in Greenwood Village and recently graduated from Vanderbilt University and Wake Forest University. George enjoys travel, fly fishing, golf, and spending time with family and friends.

Community Service
Paul has served on the Greenwood Village Board of Adjustments and Appeals and the Planning and Zoning Commission. As a resident of Green Oaks, Paul was the HOA President for over 8 years. For his children, he served as Treasurer and President of the Home and School Association for All Souls and as Treasurer for the Arapahoe Boys Swim Team. Paul also served as Board of Director and Chairman for the Tennyson Center, a home for neglected, abused, and traumatized children. Lastly, Paul was Director, Treasurer and President during his involvement with the Denver Active 20-30 that has made significant financial contributions to various children’s charities along the Front Range.
Professional Career
Most of Paul’s professional career has been in the Oil and Gas industry for exploration and production companies as a CFO. He was involved with two public IPOs and a private venture-back company. Currently, he is CEO of a Real Estate technology company that provides a recruiting platform for managing brokers and the CEO of White Rhino Energy, another oil and gas E&P company focusing on opportunities in Southeast Asia.
Education
Paul attended Claremont McKenna College in California earning a BA degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics. He later earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Massachusetts.
Personal
Paul is one of the few people who can claim he is a native of Greenwood Village. He was born in 1965 and grew up in Greenwood Acres. His parents moved from Greenwood Acres in 1974 to Green Oaks. Paul purchased the home in 2006 where he currently lives with his wife Heidi and his three sons: Charlie, Luke and Brodyn.

Anne previously served on City Council from 1999 to 2007. She was elected to serve again in 2017, and was reelected in 2019, 2021, and 2023. Her current term expires in November 2025.
Community Service
Anne was a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission from 1997 - 1999. In 1999 she was elected to the City Council and served until 2007. She came back onto the City Council in 2017 and is now serving a second term. She has served on the University of Denver's Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee and has volunteered in local schools through the Catholic Charities Seeds of Hope Program.
Professional Career
Anne worked for IBM Corporation from 1981 - 1993. With IBM she was a Marketing Representative in the Denver area, a Finance Instructor with the IBM Training Center in Atlanta Georgia and also a Marketing Manager, in the Finance Sector of IBM in the Denver area.
Education
Anne received her degrees from the University of Denver where she attended on a tennis scholarship. She graduated with her BA degree Cum Laude in 1981 and later received her MBA degree in Finance. Anne was inducted into Mortar Board and Beta Gamma Sigma while at DU. Anne was honored as the Outstanding Scholar / Athlete of her graduating class and was also honored with the Colorado Sportswoman of the Year Award in 1979.
Personal
Anne and her husband of 28 years, Kirk have lived in Greenwood Village since 1993. They have three daughters, Claire, Ingrid and Grace. Anne enjoys playing golf, exercising and reading about history.

Dave previously served on City Council from 2003 to 2011. He was elected to serve again in 2017 and was reelected in 2019, 2021, and 2023. His current term expires in November 2025.
Community Service
Dave Kerber has been active in community activities for many years. These community activities include working as a board member of the Greenwood Hills Homeowners Association, serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission from 1999-2003 and serving as Co-Chair from 2002-2003. Dave also served as a District 2 Councilmember from 2003-2011. Dave was appointed to the Cherry Creek Basin Water Quality Authority in 2003 and was elected Chair in 2007.
Professional Career
Dave practiced law for over 25 years, and is now an owner of a logistics company.
Education
Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Air Force Academy, received his Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, and a Master of Law degree in Labor Law from George Washington University School of Law.
Personal
Dave and his wife, Sheila, have lived in Greenwood Village since 1995 and have three daughters. His special interests are public policy, water policy, history, sports, and genealogy.

Elizabeth "Libby" Hilton Barnacle started her service to the City of Greenwood Village participating on the Planning & Zoning Commission from 2015 - 2019.
Professional Career
Libby is a former Deputy District Attorney for Arapahoe and Adams Counties, as well as, Guardian Ad Litem for Dependent and Neglected children for Arapahoe County.
Education
Libby is a 4th generation Coloradan and a product of the Cherry Creek School District, having attended Belleview Elementary, Campus Middle and Cherry Creek High School. She attended Boston College and the University of Colorado, graduating Cum Laude. She received her law degree from the University of Denver.
Personal
Libby and her husband, Colin, also an attorney, have lived in Greenwood Village since 2003. They have two daughters, Louise and Emelyn, as well as two Australian Shepherd puppies. When not supporting Louise and her teammates on the Cherry Creek High School poms she is watching Emmy on the tennis courts at Club Greenwood, where you can also find Libby who captains and plays on as many teams as she is allowed.

Donna was elected to City Council in 2019 and was reelected in 2021 and 2023. Her upcoming term expires in November 2025.
Community Service
Donna served on the Greenwood Village Board of Adjustments and Appeals since 2017, and as chair of the committee since 2018. She is Vice President of the Sundance Hills Homeowner Association.
Professional Career
Donna has worked on City, State and Federal public policy issues for more than 25 years. This included working for AT&T in public relations and public affairs in New Jersey and Washington D.C. and as the state affairs representative for Colorado Rural Electric Association.
Education
Donna has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
Personal
Donna has lived in Greenwood Village since 2010. She is married to Jim Johnston, has two adult sons and a beagle. When not focused on public policy, Donna enjoys Argentine Tango, pilates, golf, reading and spending time with her family.

Tom was a multi-year Board Member and Treasurer of the Cherry Creek Village on the Lake HOA and served on the Greenwood Village Board of Adjustments & Appeals from 2012-2018, most recently as Vice Chairman and Chairman. Tom was appointed to the Greenwood Village Planning & Zoning Commission in mid-2021 before running for Council.

Tom has worked as an Industrial Real Estate Broker since 1979, having been affiliated with Colliers since 1987 where he is a Principal of the firm.
Education
Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Personal
Tom has been a resident of Greenwood Village and Cherry Creek Village on the Lake resident for 25 years. He has been married to Susan for 28 years who is a retired high school English teacher and counselor (Adams County School District #1). Tom and Susan's son Bradford (25) and daughter Grace (22) attended Cherry Creek Schools (Belleview Elementary, Campus Middle and Cherry Creek High School). Bradford graduated from Colorado State University and is a graphic designer living in Denver. Grace graduated from Miami University (Ohio) and is a customer service representative for a furniture company and lives in Chicago.

Dr. Hilton was elected to City Council in 2019, and re-elected in 2021 and 2023. Her current term expires in November 2025.
Community Service
Dr. Hilton's community activity includes being Chair of the education committee for the Colorado Symphony Orchestra; Trustee for the Colorado Children’s Chorale, and volunteering in a host of activities with her granddaughters. Since she retired from the school district, Dr. Hilton has been a visiting professor of education where she taught pre-service teachers at Metropolitan State University of Denver, authored and led an alternative principal licensure program sponsored by the Colorado Department of Education and continues her work with the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, an international consulting group that focuses on learning, leadership, and service.
Professional Career
Dr. Hilton served as a teacher and administrator in the Cherry Creek School District for over 30 years. She taught at Creek and became a Dean of Students from which she moved to a central office position as Director of Employment. Returning to school administration, she served as the principal of both Laredo Middle School and Eaglecrest High School. She was recently inducted into the prestigious Legacy Hall of Fame.
Education
Dr. Judith Hilton is a native of Colorado with degrees from both the University of Colorado and the University of Denver. Her undergraduate degree is in dance, she holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a PhD in educational leadership with cognates in statistics and higher education.
Personal
Dr. Hilton has lived in Greenwood Village for 43 years. She has two grown children, products of Cherry Creek Schools. Both hold advanced degrees and are respected members of their community. Her husband, Dr. James Hilton is a retired principal from the Denver Public Schools, who has recently started a Cherry Creek chapter of Spellbinders, an organization that does oral storytelling with elementary school children in the district.
