2. Recreation Reimbursement - Deadline is January 15 for prior year

   All Greenwood Village residents are eligible for a $550 maximum annual reimbursement per household (primary residence only). Submissions are accepted year-round.

   Reimbursement per activity shall be:

   • Receipts $100 or less: 50% of activity
   • Receipts more than $100: $50 maximum per activity
   • Partial Year Memberships: $50 maximum per activity
   • Annual Memberships (12 months paid in advance): 50% of annual dues up to $550 maximum 
4. Instructions

   Residents may submit their receipts for reimbursement for activities provided by area metropolitan districts or municipalities.   To be eligible, the activities must be within the boundaries of the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG). 
   
   Boundaries: 

   • North - Longmont
   • South - Larkspur
   • East - Deer Trail
   • West - Silver Plume
5. Receipts
   • Receipts must be itemized and show the name of the agency, activity, date, and amount paid for each participant.
   • Receipts must be submitted for the year in which they paid, not the year in which the activity takes place.  Exception: Annual memberships paid in advance.  12 months paid in December for the following calendar year shall be applied to the following year.
   • We will not accept bank/credit card statements, canceled checks or non-itemized credit card receipts in lieu of itemized receipts.
