Notice of Non-Discrimination

The City of Greenwood Village will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities. It is the policy of Greenwood Village to make facilities, programs, meetings, activities, and services accessible to individuals with disabilities, in accordance with the standards of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The Village will generally, upon request, provide appropriate auxiliary aides, services, or modifications to assist disabled individuals access to and ability to participate equally in facilities, programs, meetings, activities, and services. Aides, services or modifications may include interpreters or materials in special formats, such as large print, Braille, or computer aided support. It is also the policy of Greenwood Village to publicize the availability of special accommodations on public notices and brochures including information directing individuals needing special assistance to the Risk Manager/ADA Coordinator or the appropriate departmental contact.


Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid, service, or modification to access or participate in a Greenwood Village facility, program, meeting, activity, or service should contact John Sheldon, Deputy City Manager and acting Risk Manager/ADA Coordinator at 303-486-5746 or by email as soon as possible, but no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event.
