Located at City Hall, 6060 South Quebec Street, Greenwood Village, is a Community Room that may be reserved to provide a public meeting space for Greenwood Village residents and groups to engage in activities and programs, which are open to the public and of general public interest to the residents and their invitees (no parties).
Community Room Rental Hours:
Mondays - 8 am to 1:30 pm | Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays - 8 am to 8 pm
It cannot be reserved on Wednesdays or weekends.
Community Room Rental Fees:
Greenwood Village Residents and Businesses: No Fee
Non-Profit Organizations: No Fee
All Others: $50 per hour (3-hour minimum) during business hours 8 am to 5 pm; $75 per hour after 5 pm (3-hour minimum)
Available Setup Options:
Greenwood Village Facilities Management will set up the tables and chairs for your event. You may select from several approved pre-arranged setup options to fit your needs. Other options may be available and are subject to approval.
