Reporting Concerns to Greenwood Village
Use our Service Request portal or drop a pin on the map below to request assistance with City services or report problems such as code violations, potholes, roadside junk, broken sidewalks, storm drain issues, and traffic signal/sign problems. Users can also submit photos of the issue to assist staff.
Reports are sent directly to the appropriate departments and will be addressed as soon as possible. Users will receive email updates and can return to the site to check the status of submitted issues. When the issue is resolved, the issue will be closed. Separate issues should be submitted as separate reports.
Law Enforcement Issues
Do not use this online tool to report criminal concerns or police matters. Always call 911 in case of an emergency. To file a police report or speak with an officer, please call the Greenwood Village Police Department (GVPD) non-emergency line at 303-773-2525. To submit a tip, call the GVPD tip line at 303-486-1555.
Anonymous Complaints
Some requests allow for anonymous submission, but contact information is required for certain types of reports to allow staff to follow up with the reporting party. To get updates on a report, users can sign up by providing their name, email address, and/or phone number on the form. With some exceptions, including issues related to private addresses, all reports are available to view on the map, and progress on any report made using the online tool can be tracked by returning to the website.
