The City of Greenwood Village is an extraordinary community with a high-quality business environment. Home to part of the Denver Tech Center, Greenwood Plaza, the Village Center, and other desirable business developments, Greenwood Village is an economic leader in the Denver area, well-positioned in the south metro region. 

It’s no wonder that many national and international industry leaders, such as Empower, Red Robin, Merrick and Company, Fidelity Investments, CoBank, and many others call Greenwood Village home. With numerous retail and restaurant establishments, the community is a hub for people, activity and business.

Location

The City of Greenwood Village's location in the south metro region allows it to be conveniently reached from the entire metropolitan area by multiple ways of travel. Within its boundaries, the Village has three light rail stations:

• Arapahoe Station at Village Center, located at Caley and Yosemite, directly adjacent to I-25.
• Orchard Station, located at Orchard and Greenwood Plaza Boulevard
• Dayton Street Station located at Dayton and I-225

In addition, the light rail extension to Denver International Airport (DIA), provides access to the Village by rail from DIA.  Just 10 minutes to the east of Greenwood Village, lies Centennial Airport, one of the nation's leading general aviation airports.

The Village also has convenient highway access with Interstate I-25, the main north/south thoroughfare in Colorado, going directly through its boundaries. Just outside its boundaries, the Village is adjacent to I-225, a spur off of the I-25, which goes to the northeast metro area and connects to the I-70.
