On February 7, City Council adopted an Ordinance changing the Municipal Code regarding the publication of ordinances and other notices and designated the use of the Village's website greenwoodvillage.com as the official posting location.
The new Legal Notices page has been created and beginning February 16, the majority legal notices will be posted to the page where allowed by the Municipal Code. You can sign up to receive an email or text notification of when new Legal Notices are published to the page. Legal notices will include items like Ordinances, Requests for Bids, Final Settlements and other notices. All notices will be posted for 30 days.
