Greenwood Village’s contractor, Brannan Sand and Gravel, will perform paving on Monaco Street beginning Wednesday, September 16th through Monday, September 21th . The scheduled work and access restrictions are outlined below.
Wednesday, September 16th through Monday, September 21st - Paving Dates (see maps below)
The work will consist of placing and compacting a new hot mix asphalt surface. For this work the street will be closed in four phases (see maps). On your scheduled paving date, access will be restricted from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please have your vehicle moved or parked outside of the paving limits before 8:00 am. Approved parking areas are noted on the map. Please note the following side street access restriction:
Wednesday, September 16th – Access to Dorado Place and Ida Ave. cul-de-sacs east of Monaco Street will be closed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please have your vehicle moved or parked on streets west of Monaco St. before 8:00 am.
Monday, September 21st - Access to Red Fox Lane, Progress Circle and Progress Ave. cul-de-sacs will be closed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please have your vehicle moved or parked on Prentice Ave. or Black Fox Lane before 8:00 am.
Should the scheduled paving date be changed due to weather or other delays, revised dates will be posted on signs on Monaco Street. In case of emergency, police and fire vehicles will be allowed through at all times.
