Arapahoe Station Pickleball Courts Neighborhood Input Meeting

Thursday, November 13, 2025

Community members are invited to participate in a neighborhood input meeting on Thursday, November 13, at 6 p.m. at the Maintenance Facility. 

Greenwood Village’s Parks, Trails, and Recreation Department will receive input from neighbors regarding a site development plan and special use permit to redevelop 3.57 acres of land at 8880 East Caley Avenue, which is currently a surface parking lot adjacent to the Arapahoe at Village Center Station Park-N-Ride.  

The proposed site development plan includes four pickleball courts, enhanced landscaping, and an overall redesign to reduce the size of the existing parking lot (Case No. PA-25-00027). The concept rendering is available in digital format on the City’s Development Activity Map.
