Marion Kahn “Abstract to Canvas: Creating Abstract Paintings and How to Look at Them”
Wanderlust conjures our dreams of other places and what those places would bring to our lives. The 12 Cherry Creek Art Gallery artists bring their dream places, real or imagined, to this exciting show in oil, acrylic and mixed media paintings. These artists made individual journeys to Patagonia, Europe, Africa, the American West and the American South. Their combined paintings represent these places, the sky above, and the earth below. Diverse and creative in their individual approaches, the artists take viewers to sites that all would like to see. These Colorado artists will present their work: Linda Petrie Bunch, Mary Dunn, Jeannie Paty, Nea Brown, Carm Fogt, Marion Kahn, Beth Lindsay, Bev Ruiz, Paul Valdez, and Betsy Johnson Welty.
