Greenwood Village Performing Arts Studio- Broadway for Beginners

This class is designed to be a safe and easy introduction to the fundamentals of the performing arts and the “Broadway” style of musical theater performance. Students will learn about musical theater solo and group performances, choreography, acting for the stage, improvisation, stage blocking, and working with microphones and stage lighting. In addition, students will gain empathy, confidence when speaking in front of an audience and an understanding of taking direction. Students learn first-hand from our professional teaching staff, who bring decades of professional experience to their classes and curriculum. The session will end with a casual performance for family and friends to enjoy.
