Students will spend a fun filled afternoon learning how to drip and splatter paint using the styles and techniques of action painting made popular by Jackson Pollock. We will be working with paint sticks, whisks and turkey basters to cover a large canvas with lines of drippy color and texture! Bring your imagination and get ready to have a blast painting like Pollock! Instructed by Maggie Stewart Ages 11 to 16 Teen Summer Art Studio - If you have a teen who loves art and wants to learn how to work with new mediums and techniques, this is the summer program for them! The Teen Summer Art Studio is instructed by professional artists who will introduce and teach teens how to use different art forms to create their own unique works of art. Each class will feature a different project that will include ceramics, painting, mixed media and more!
