Meet the Art on the Green Artists On Saturday, August 20th, several of the Art on the Green artists will on hand to do demonstrations of their work. Come have breakfast with Dan Oakleaf, Sascha Ripps, and Elizabeth Rouland as they demonstrate their process and answer questions about their work. Sascha and Dan will be oil painting. Elizabeth will do a monotype demonstration in Akua ink using a small, portable Blick etching press. She will talk about the freedom and excitement of creating works on paper. Attendees will have the opportunity to make marks on a monotype plate and to create a one-of-a-kind hand-pulled print of their own to take home. These live demonstrations will help visitors gain both insight and excitement as we lead up to the “Art on the Green” art fair on Sept 17th and 18th.
