Teens will learn different painting techniques to create their own outdoor cotton banners. They will be using dye, fabric paint and acrylics to design and create their banners. These vibrant banners can survive the elements and teens will be able to string them together to create a beautiful outdoor work of art. Instructed by Maggie Stewart Ages 11 to 16
