Inspections
All Permit Inspections are requested through Online Services
Here are some important details to be aware of when requesting your inspection:
- Inspections may only be scheduled for the next business day. The cutoff time for scheduling inspections is 4:00 PM the previous business day. Inspection requests received after 4:00 PM will be scheduled for the 2nd business day
- You may request an AM or PM inspection window; however, please be aware your inspection may not occur during your requested inspection window due to extenuating circumstances
- AM inspection window 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- PM inspection window 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Please reference your inspection card and use the exact wording of the intended inspection when making your request
- A valid Contractor's License (including a is required to schedule your inspection. Verify Contractor License - this includes a current Certificate of Insurance. If a valid Contractor's License not be on file with us, you will receive an email requesting the information needed to schedule your inspection
- You may confirm your inspection by 8:00 AM the morning of by visiting the Online Services page
Holidays:
Inspections requested prior to 4:00 PM the day before an upcoming holiday will be scheduled for the 2nd business day
