A Site Development Plan is requested for a proposed mixed-use development on 3.57 acres. The project proposes one mixed-use building with a 175-room, six level, hotel tower and a 108,750 sq. ft., five level, office tower over a joint podium. The podium would include hotel conference space, hotel restaurant, hotel and office lobbies, and an enclosed parking garage. A final plat will also be submitted to accompany the Site Development Plan at a later date.

Project Pending Withdrawal. The City Council has executed its rights in the Purchase Agreement to buy the property back from Greenwood Village Hotel LLC.
