A residential survey was conducted in the Fall of 2018 to obtain resident’s opinions on the quality of Village services as well as information to inform the development of telecommunication guidelines and transportation priorities. The survey was sent to all residential households in the Village and there was a 22% response rate.
Key findings of the survey include:
Most residents are very satisfied with Village services and enjoy a very good quality of life.
Parks & recreation, aesthetics, and safety were the strongest drivers of satisfaction.
Most residents used the Greenwood Village Newsletter and felt informed.
Residents had mixed preferences about telecommunication pole deployments.
Increasing road capacity was the top transportation priority.
Thesurvey report was prepared by a consultant and presented to City Council at the February 4, 2019 Study Session.
