Building Permits & Inspections
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Community Development Public Portal is live.
The City has implemented a new online permitting and contractor licensing system as of October 24, the Community Development Public Portal.
As part of the new electronic system, users may experience technical issues related to the processing of permit and contractor license applications. During this software transition, the processing of permit and contractor license applications will be temporarily delayed as staff assists customers with their new user accounts, and applications, and troubleshooting any unforeseen issues.
Please call 303-486-5783 or email us if you have an urgent situation that requires immediate attention, if you are using the new portal and encounter an issue that needs to be addressed or if you have questions about a particular application.
We thank you for your patience as we make this critical improvement for our property owners and contractors.
