Hearing Location: 6060 South Quebec Street
Village Planner: Ben Thurston

The subject of the public hearing is a proposed amendment to the 2015 Greenwood Village Comprehensive Plan to create the Orchard Station Subarea.  The Subarea is generally located north of Orchard Road and west of Interstate 25 adjacent to the Orchard Light Rail Station.  The Subarea would support redevelopment in proximity to the light rail station that creates a mix of office, residential, and retail uses with a network of public spaces.  The Comprehensive Plan is a guiding document.  Any future redevelopment of the properties within the Subarea would require approval of development plans.
