Police Records
The Police Records Unit is located inside City of Greenwood Village City Hall and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., holidays excluded. 

Obtaining a Police Report

In order to request a copy of a report you must complete and sign a Police Records/Media Request form or the attached downloadable PDF form. You may return the form for processing by email, fax, in person, or by mail.  Upon receiving your request form, we will determine if the report/information that you need is releasable.  Reports are released in person, by email, by fax, or by mail.  Fees and cost for postage will be assessed when applicable.

The Greenwood Village Police Department follows the Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act, to include all applicable Colorado Revised Statutes and Greenwood Village Police Department policies when releasing our criminal justice records.  There could be an instances when you will be referred to the Arapahoe County District Attorney and/or to the Greenwood Village Municipal Court to request discovery for information that we are unable to provide.
