Art & Recreation - Adults
Adult Art & Recreation Programs
The Village provides adult art classes such as painting, watercolor and drawing at the Curtis Arts and Humanities Center. The adult recreation program consists of summer softball and volleyball at Village Greens Park and an indoor basketball league throughout the winter at West Middle School. Company teams are welcome. Seniors are offered programs such as stretch and tone, dance, and harmonica.


SPECIAL EVENT: Greenwood Village Arts and Humanities Council presents a fun, live performance to introduce your children to classical music.  Beethoven's Wig, November 12, 2:30 p.m. at the Cherry Creek High School Auditorium.

Refund Policy: There will be a 20% administrative charge for all refunds. You may not substitute another person in your place. A full refund will be made if the class is canceled.

"FOCUS"
"FOCUS" is an ongoing program that provides unique opportunities for adults (50+ to explore and use their talents and creativity while learning exciting new skills.
Mondays 9:00 am - 10:15 am

Free to Senior Citizens
Learn to play harmonica and leave with a few songs to entertain your friends.  Please bring a C-note harmonica.
             
Mah Jongg
When: Wednesdays, 12:30-2:30pm
There is a list of several adults who show up periodically.  If you would like to be added to our list, please call Julia Banks at 303-221-3709.  She is available to organize the tables on a weekly basis.  Councilmember Freda Miklin is available to teach the game when needed.
