Attend Neighborhood Input Meetings
These meetings are designed to facilitate participation in the decision making process and to assist the public in gaining an informed view of a proposed project or item at any level of the project / item development process. Such a gathering may be referred to as a public information meeting or neighborhood input meeting and may be conducted by an applicant, not just the Village.

You are invited to a neighborhood input meeting for a new residential development. Century Communities is proposing to amend and expand the current Landmark Master Development Plan to allow a for-sale residential community, known as Landmark Village. The subject property is an 13.1 acre parcel of land at 5555 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard and the proposal includes approximately 203 units; 150 townhomes and 53 single-family homes.
