The applicant, Resurrection Anglican Fellowship Church, is seeking to update the existing Special Use Permit for the church property (4.5 acres) by subdividing the property into a 2.5 acre parcel for the church area and two (2) 1-acre lots for residential lots. The existing Special Use Permit would be updated to reflect the new lot configuration and to reflect changes in site amenities. A Planned Unit Development application is required to establish the development standards for the 1-acre residential lots. A Preliminary Plat application is required to redefine the lot lines for the subdivision process. A neighborhood input meeting was held on January 11, 2018.
Staff has received the initial submittal applications and is working on comment responses.
